Warranty and Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective upon receiving. If the item you received is a defective item, please contact us at (519) 936-0103 or sales@horizonhomeoutlet.ca with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement or a refund as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product if available or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee a replacement is available for defective items.

Items marked “as is” may be defective and will have detailed description of damage or defect included before purchasing. These items are final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Due to our products being returned items, original manufacturers warranties may no longer be valid.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
